At MORTECH ELECTRO|NICS use a simple diagnostic fee system for out of warranty repairs. This diagnostic fee covers the cost of determining the actual repair costs, not just a guess. The diagnostic fee is paid when the item is left for repair and it is applied to the bill when the repair is completed. There are two levels to the diagnostic fees:


Units that are not repaired can be picked up by the customer or we will recycle them for you.
